It's a quick, no-fuss session in our climate-controlled Folsom studio with free parking out front, and you choose five polished, edited images at your viewing session — ready to use wherever you need them. After your shoot

How do I get my photos?

Your session fee includes the shoot and a set of edited digital images. To see the rest of your gallery and choose your favorites, there are two ways to go.

Come in for a viewing

All sessions require a classic viewing session, booked 4–10 days after your shoot, to proof your photos and make your selections.

Online galleries are not available — selections are made in person at your viewing session. Your viewing is at our Folsom studio — even if your session was on location.

Cancellation policy

All fees are non-refundable, but transferable if rescheduled 48 hours prior to your session. Sessions rescheduled within 48 hours are subject to a $25 service fee. Please call 916-280-5013 to reschedule your session.

What should I wear?

Bring two outfits that represent your style — solid colors that keep the focus on your face photograph best, and busy patterns can be distracting. Bring options if you're unsure; we'll help you choose.

What if I'm awkward in front of the camera?

Most people feel that way — that's exactly what we're good at. We coach your posing and expression in real time and show you what's working, so you relax into it and look confident and natural.

How many images do I get?

Five edited digital images are included. You'll choose your favorites, and we'll deliver polished, retouched files ready for LinkedIn, your website, or print.

Can you do team or group headshots?

Yes — individual headshots are bookable directly here. For a team (4 or more), ask about bundling a portable headshot setup with event coverage so your whole team gets refreshed, professional headshots without the scheduling headache.

How long does the session take?

About 30 minutes — it's designed to be quick and efficient for busy professionals, without feeling rushed.

Are headshots only for professionals?

Not at all. Beyond LinkedIn and business profiles, headshots are great for actors, students, performers, and anyone who wants a polished, current portrait of themselves.

How do I get my final images?

After your session, you'll come in for a quick viewing appointment to see your gallery and choose your favorites. We then deliver your five edited, retouched files ready to download and use for LinkedIn, your website, or print.
